Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou vzájomných vzťahov medzi Európskou úniou a Gruzínskom z pohľadu európskych orgánov. Jedná sa o obdobie, ktoré nasledovalo po prijatí asociačnej dohody v roku 2014 a končí rokom 2015. Výskum prebieha ako na multilaterálnej úrovni v rámci iniciatívy Východného partnerstva tak aj na bilaterálne úrovni v rámci vzťahov EU - Gruzínsko. Hlavným cieľom práce je zistiť, akými prostriedkami, mechanizmami a v akom rozsahu EU šíri svoj model vládnutia. Ako metodologické východisko bola autorom vybraná jednoprípadová štúdia, ktorá dovoľuje detailnú analýzu zvoleného objektu výskumu. Práca pracuje s hypotézou, že sa EU zameriava primárne na ekonomickú spoluprácu a politický dialóg s rôznymi segmentmi gruzínskej spoločnosti a bezpečnostná zložka je zatienená. Teoretická časť sa venuje europeizácii a to konkrétnejšie konceptu externého vládnutia, tak ako ho definoval Frank Schimmelfennig. Praktická časť analyzuje externé vládnutie v podaní EU na prípadovej štúdii. Je rozdelená na multilaterálnu sféru, v ktorej je Gruzínsko začlenené (Východné partnerstvo) a na bilaterálne vzťahy medzi Gruzínskom a EU, ktoré sú primárne analyzované prostredníctvom asociačnej zmluvy priatej v roku 2014. Posledná kapitola referuje o analýze výsledkov praktickej časti a zasadzuje ich do teoretického rámca externého vládnutia.Thesis deals with the analysis of relations between the European Union and Georgia from the point of view European bodies. This is the period that follows the adoption of the Association Agreement in 2014 and ending with 2015. The research was carried out at multilateral level within the framework of the Eastern Partnership initiative as well as at the bilateral level in the framework of EU-Georgia. The main objective of this work is to find out what means, mechanisms and the extent to which the EU has extended its model of governance. The author's methodological approach was chosen one case study, which allows a detailed analysis of the selected object of the research. Thesis works with the hypothesis that the EU focuses primarily on economic cooperation and political dialogue with various segments of Georgian society and the security issues are overshadowed. The theoretical part deals with the theory of europeanisation and the more specific concept of external governance, as defined by Frank Schimmelfennig. The practical part analyzes the external governance in the case of the EU. It is divided into multilateral sphere in which Georgia is incorporated (Eastern Partnership) and the bilateral relations between Georgia and the EU, which are primarily analyzed through Association Agreement which was signed in 2014. The last chapter reports on the analysis of the practical part and puts it into theoretical framework external governance.
