Cíl: Výzkumné šetření se zaměřuje na míru zátěžových faktorů u všeobecných sester pracujících na onkologii a hematoonkologii. Prvním cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, jaký je vzájemný vztah mezi zátěžovými faktory a copingovými strategiemi. Dalším cílem bylo srovnání míry celkové zátěže a copingových strategií u všeobecných sester pracujících na onkologii a hematoonkologii. Metoda: Byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření. Pro metodu dotazníkového šetření byl vybrán standardizovaný dotazník OSI-R (Inventorium zaměstnaneckého stresu). Závěr: Z výsledků výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že neexistuje rozdíl v celkové míře zátěže u všeobecných sester pracujících na onkologii a hematoonkologii. Bylo zjištěno, že u všeobecných sester pracujících na hematoonkologii je vyšší zátěž v roli přetížení a roli hranice. Všeobecné sestry pracující na onkologii více využívají copingové strategie rekreace a péče o sebe. Dále byl zjištěn vztah mezi celkovou mírou zátěže a mírou copingových strategií. Uplatňování copingových strategií všeobecnými sestrami pracujícími na onkologii a hematoonkologii může přispět k redukci zátěže.Goal: The survey research focuses on the extent of the strain factors among the general nurses working at the oncology and the hematooncology ward. The first goal of the survey research was to find out the correlation between the burden factors and the coping strategies. Another goal was the comparision of the extent of the overall burden and the evaluation of the used coping strategies among the general nurses working at the oncology and the hematooncology ward. Method: The method used was a questionnaire. For the method of questionnaire was chosen the standardized questionnaire OSI-R (Occuppational Stress Inventory). Conclusion: The results of the survey research showed that there is no difference in the overall extent of the burden among the general nurses working at the oncology and the hematooncology ward. It has been found that among the general nurses working at the oncology and the hematooncology ward there is a higher burden in the role of overstrain and the role of boundary. The general nurses working at the oncology and the hematooncology ward use more often the coping strategies of recreation with the care of themselves. Further has been found the correlation between the overall extent of the burden and the extent of the coping strategies. The using of the coping strategies among the general nurses working at the oncology and the hematooncology ward may help to reduce the burden.
