V teoretické části bakalářské práce je vypracována literární rešerše o přenosu, popisu a škodlivosti Varroa destruktor (Anderson & Trueman, 2000) a to nejen v České republice, ale po celém světě. Popisuje jednotlivé způsoby léčby nemoci, kdy největší pozornost byla věnovaná právě způsobu léčení v Linhartově termosolárním úlu. Experimentální část této práce se zabývá zpracováním teplot z různých typů úlů v letech 2013-2015. Tyto teploty jsou následně porovnány mezi sebou a také srovnány s aktuální venkovní teplotou.The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is elaborates a literature review on the transfer, the description and the harmfulness of Varroa destructor (Anderson & Trueman, 2000), not only in the Czech republic, but around the world. Describes the various methods of treatment of varroasis, when the greatest attention was dedicated to the optimal method of treatment in Linhart's termosolar the hive. The experimental part of this work deals with the processing temperatures of different types of hives in the years 2013-2015. These temperatures are subsequently compared with each other, and also compared with the outdoor temperature.
