Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o hypotetickém postabortivním syndromu, a to v oboru sociální práce. Cílem práce je zjistit informovanost sociálních pracovníků o postabortivním syndromu. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části se tato práce věnuje vymezení pojmů vztahující se k potratu, definuje důsledky potratu, a to i s využitím holistického modelu, a vlivům, které negativní dopady prohlubují. Následně je zde uvedena péče o klienta s negativními dopady potratu z oborů psychiatrie, psychoterapie a sociální práce. V zmíněném oboru sociální práce jsou vymezeny konkrétní speciální metody a techniky, které lze použít při péči o klienta s touto problematikou, a to v podkapitolách krizová intervence, psychodynamický přístup, přístupy opírající se s práci s tělem a "kroky k uzdravení" podle autorek L. Freedová a P. Y. Salazarová. V práci jsou zmíněny organizace, zařízení a služby věnující se osobám trpícími dopady potratu v České republice. Výzkumná část vymezuje postup, který byl dán pro naplnění cíle. Pro naplnění cíle byl vybrán kvantitativní typ šetření s využitím metody dotazník. Respondenti jsou sociální pracovníci z města Brno. Výsledky výzkumu vykazují nízkou míru informovanosti sociálních pracovníků o postabortivním syndromu. A proto je také v diskuzi věnována podstatná část implikaci pro sociální práci.This thesis discusses a hypothetical postabortion syndrome in the field of social work. The aim is to find out the awareness of social workers about postabortion syndrome. The work is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with definition of terms related to abortion, defines the consequences of abortion, even using a holistic model, and influences which negatively impacts intensify. Then there is mention about care for client with the negative impacts of abortion in the fields of psychiatry, psychotherapy and social work. In the aforementioned field of social work outlines specific special methods and techniques that can be used when caring for a client with this issue, in subsections crisis intervention, psychodynamic approach, approaches based to working with the body and the "Steps to healing," according to the authors L . Freed and P. Y. Salazar. There are also mentioned the organization, equipment and services dedicated to people suffering from the effects of abortion in the Czech Republic. The research section defines the procedure that has been given to fulfill the objective. To fulfill the targets were chosen type of quantitative research using the questionnaire method. Respondents are social workers from the city of Brno. The research results show a low level of awareness of social workers about postabortion syndrome. And it is also in discussion devoted a substantial part implication for social work.
