Teoretická část popisuje rodinu, kde pečují o postižené dítě. Řeší sociální fungování rodiny, vztahy, postoje a hodnoty, které ovlivňují budoucí rozhodnutí sourozenců vzhledem k péči. Specifikuji zdravotní postižení a péči o těžce zdravotně postiženého člena rodiny. Zaměřuje se na systém sociální ochrany vzhledem k postiženým a pečujícím osobám. Empirická část práce obsahuje analýzu rozhovorů se sourozenci těžce postižených sourozenců a jejich shrnutí.The theoretical part describes a family with a disabled child. It deals with the family social functioning,relationships,attitudes and values influencing future decisions of the siblings regarding the care. In addition, the impairment and care of the member of the family who is seriously impaired are specified in the theoretical part of the text. It focuses on the system of social protection of both disabled and persons looking after them.
