Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak pracují animátoři v olomoucké arcidiecézi, jaké mají možnosti pro svůj osobní růst a formaci osobnosti jako animátora. Zmíněny jsou kurzy a možnosti vzdělávání, které olomoucká arcidiecéze animátorům nabízí, včetně souhrnu animátorských kurzů. Práce se zabývá důvody, proč je dobré animátorský kurz absolvovat. Pozornost je věnována také využití nabytých znalostí a zkušeností z animátorských kurzů v praxi a činnosti animátorů ve farnostech či děkanátech po skončení kurzu. Práce se soustředí také na hodnoty, které by animátoři měli uplatňovat a tomu, jak by je měli předávat dál.The aim of this paper is to find out how animators in the Olomouc Archidiocese work and what possibilities for their personal growth and personality formation are there. Educational options offered by the Olomouc Archidiocese are mentioned here including the sum of courses appointed for animators. The paper deals with reasons for completing the animator course. It also pays attention to application of acquired knowledge and experience in practise and to subsequent activities of animators in their parishes and deaneries. It also occupies with values that animators should exersice and the way they should pass these values on.
