Magisterská diplomová práce z oboru andragogiky ve své teoretické části popisuje koncept Learning by Doing Learning by Teaching (Činnostní učení Učení se učením) se svými ideovými zdroji jako je Knowlesovo pojetí sebeřízeného učení a Kolbův model zkušenostního učení. Dále se zaměřuje konkrétně na Learning by Teachnig jako na metodu vzdělávání dospělých, se svými fázemi, postupem zavedení, přístupy k metodě, výhodami a nevýhodami takových přístupů a rešerší výzkumů k této metodě. Empirická část se zabývá přípravou, realizací a evaluací dvou semestrálních kurzů, stojících na principech metody Learning by Teaching, a kvalitativním šetřením Metoda Learning by Teaching pohledem studentů andragogiky.Master´s thesis in the field of andragogy in its theoretical part describes the concept Learning by Doing Learning by Teaching with its ideological sources such as Knowles concept of self-directed learning and Kolb´s experiential learning model. Specifically, it focuses on Learning by Teaching as an adult education method with its phases, implementation process, approaches to the method, advantages and disadvantages of the method and survey of research studies. The empirical part deals with preparation, realization and evaluation of two semester courses, standing on the principles of Learning by Teaching approach and also describes qualitative research called Method Learning by Teaching from view of andragogy students.
