Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zakotvením a realizací volebního systému pro volby do zákonodárného sboru vybraných zemí. Práce obsahuje stručný státovědecký rozbor volebních systémů (většinový a poměrný), jejich klasifikaci a zaměřuje se na charakteristické znaky, zejména aspekty poměrného volební systému. Práce dále zkoumá poměrný volební systém na základě komparativního příkladu v podobě Českého a Slovenského volebního systému a to především v oblastech typů využívaných kandidátních listin, velikosti a charakteristiky volebních obvodů, nastavení uzavírací klauzule, počtu a charakteru skrutinií nebo v oblasti volební metody.This bachelor's thesis deals with the placement and execution of the proportional representation for election to the law-making body of the chosen countries. The thesis includes a brief analysis of the voting systems (the majority and proportional ones), their classification, and it focuses on the typical signs, especially the aspects of the proportional representation. The thesis also examines the proportional representation on the basis of a comparative example of the Czech and Slovak systems, especially in the area of the types of candidate lists used, of the size and characteristics of the electoral district, the election threshold, the number and character of the scrutinies, or in the area of the voting method.
