Tato práce se věnuje úpravě vybraných správních řízení obsažených ve stavebním zákonu a jejich odchylkám od obecné právní úpravě, jež nacházíme ve správním řádu. První kapitola se věnuje obecně úpravě správního řízení ve stavebním zákoně. Druhá kapitola se také věnuje příslušnosti správních orgánů na úseku stavebního práva, problematice dotčených orgánů. Třetí až pátá kapitola se zaměřuje na vybraná správní řízení podle stavebního zákona. Do těchto kapitol jsou tedy zahrnuty územní a stavební řízení, a to s ohledem na jejich význam z hlediska stavebního zákona, kdy se jedná pravděpodobně o nejčastěji vedená řízení. Je zde poukázáno na odchylky v rámci vedení těchto řízení od obecné právní úpravy a také je zde provedena základní analýza zjednodušeného stavebního řízení. Šestá kapitola je poté věnována společnému stavebnímu a územnímu rozhodnutí, jako jednomu ze zjednodušujících postupů v rámci stavebního zákona. Poslední kapitola obsahuje zhodnocení aktuální právní úpravy a též návrhy de lege ferenda.This work focuses on modifying the selected administrative management contained in construction law and their deviations from the general rules that are found in the administrative order. The first chapter deals with general administrative proceedings in the Building Act. The second chapter is also devoted to the jurisdiction of administrative bodies in the field of construction law, the issue of the institutions concerned. Third to fifth chapter focuses on selected administrative proceedings under the Building Act. Do these chapters are therefore included in planning and construction management, with regard to their importance in terms of the Building Act, which is probably the most-led management. It also highlighted variations in the conduct of these proceedings by general legislation, and there is also a fundamental analysis of simplified construction management. The sixth chapter is dedicated to a common building and zoning, as one of the simplification of procedures within the Building Act. The last chapter contains an evaluation of the current legislation as well as proposals de lege ferenda.
