Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na fungování právních vztahů v rámci iniciativy Východního partnerství. Práce se zaměřuje na postavení Východního partnerství v rámci vnějších vztahů EU a na hlavní právní mechanismy této iniciativy. Hlavní část práce je tak soustředěna na problematiku přidružení a asociačních vztahů, charakteristiku postavení a povahy asociačního práva v rámci EU a konkrétní studii asociačních dohod v rámci partnerství. Cílem práce je přiblížit jakým směrem posouvá Východní partnerství evropskou integraci se státy této iniciativy.This thesis focuses on the functioning of legal relations within the Eastern Partnership. The thesis deals with the status of the Eastern Partnership in the EU's external relations and with major legal mechanisms of this initiative. The main part is focused on the issues of the association and association relations, characterize the position and nature of association law in the EU and the specific study of association agreements within the partnership. The aim of the theses is to explain how this initiative moves states of the Easern Partnership towards European integration.
