Tématem této diplomové práce jsou alternativními prostředky v terapii. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na využívání psychologických prostředků v terapii. Pro pochopení, co je v oblasti terapie alternativní, bylo nutné souhrnně uchopit terapeutické směry i profesionály tak, jak jsou v dnešní době pojímáni a ukotveni v systému. Alternativní terapie a alternativy v terapii jsou zde zpracovány z pohledu jak vědecké, tak populární literatury. Práce si při tom všímá tenké hranice mezi vědou a "pavědou". To dává základ pro praktickou část, která se rozšiřuje o hledisko "alternativních prostředků v terapii", jež užívají někteří profesionálové v praxi. Praktická část nejprve popisuje jednotlivé fáze výzkumu, který poskytl mnoho fenoménů ke zkoumání. Následně se text zaměřuje na sjednocení terapeutické taxonomie, přičemž propojuje teoretické poznatky s výpověďmi respondentů. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak je pojem "alternativní prostředky v terapii" chápán a užíván těmito profesionály. Práce není koncipovaná jako kritika, nehledá závěry a stanoviska, nýbrž se snaží nahlédnout do fenoménů vyskytujících se v této oblasti a tak otevřít další možnosti zkoumání. Pro realizaci výzkumu byl využit kvalitativní design. Z kvalitativních metod autorka použila analýzu rozhovorů a introspektivní pozorování. Součástí diplomové práce je diskuse, kde jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu. Práce je koncipovaná pro odbornou i laickou veřejnost.This thesis is concerned with alternative instruments in therapy. Theoretical part is focused on applying psychological instruments in therapy. To understand what is "alternative" in the field of therapy, it was necessary to generally describe therapeutical approaches and professionals, as they are understood today and as they are incorporated in the system. The alternative therapy and alternatives in therapy are examined from the point of view of both scientific and popular-scientific literature. The thesis is also observing fine line between science and "pseudoscience". Based on this, practical part of the thesis is extended to an aspect of "alternative instruments in therapy", which are used by some of the professionals in practice. Firstly, practical part describes various phases of the research that provided a lot of phenomenona to explore. Consequently, text is concerned with unification of therapeutical taxonomy, while connecting theoretical findings with statements of respondents. The aim of the thesis is to find out how is the term "alternative instruments in therapy" understood and used by these professionals. The thesis is not designed as critique, it does not search for conclusions, but it tries to explore existing phenomena in the specific field and to open another possible ways of research. The research was realized in a qualitative design. The author used qualitative methods such as analysis of the interviews and introspective observation. The thesis includes discussion that sums up the outcomes of the research. The thesis is addressed to professionals as well as the general public.
