Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je popsat sociální aspekty užívání alkoholu, konktrétně sociální příčiny a důsledky nadužívání alkoholu. Dílčími cíli je popsat etiologii závislosti, objasnit problematiku alkoholu a alkoholismu, pojmout alkohol ze statistického hlediska, analyzovat další sociální aspekty alkoholu, specifikovat prevenci a další záchytné systémy v Českérepublice. V praktické části se věnuji interpretaci výzkumných šetření v kontextu alkoholové problematiky, pracuji metodou obsahové analýzy.The main objective of this thesis is to describe the social aspects of alcohol use, concretely social causes and con-sequences of alcohol abuse. Partial goals is to describe the etiology of addiction, clarify problems of alcohol and alcoholism,absorb alcohol from a statistical point of view ,analyze other social aspects of alcohol, specify prevention and other restraint systems in the Czech Republic. The practical part is devoted to inter-preting research studies in the context of alcohol invol-vement, working method of content analysis.
