Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na osobnostní rozvoj romských dětí a jejich kognitivních funkcí. Jsou zde zmíněny některé alternativní učební metody. V kvalitativním výzkumu byla k výuce využita Feuersteinova metoda Instrumentálního obohacení. Výzkum dokazuje její úspěšnost. Práce nad jednotlivými instrumenty, připravenými cvičnými listy, romské děti zklidňuje, podněcuje u nich zvídavost a vede je k samostatnému uvažování a jednání.The study has been submitted as dissertation for obtaining the bachelor s degree. It analyses the personal development of Romany children, especially their cognitive functions. After mentioning some of the other methodologies of learning, it introduces into the methodology of Instrumental Enrichment by Reuven Feuerstein. The research confirmed its efficiency. Working with individual instruments (the prepared sheets with exercises) soothes the students down, evokes curiosity and, above all, guides them to independent thinking responsible activity.
