Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na izolaci a stanovení fytoekdysteroidů v rostlinných pletivech. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést screening přítomnosti a obsahu vybraných fytoekdysteroidů v některých rostlinných druzích. Teoretická část je věnována především samotným ekdysteroidům, fytoekdysteroidům (PECs), jejich vlastnostem, izolaci a stanovení. Experimentální část je zaměřena na porovnání separačních metod pro stanovení PECs a popisu rostlin a čeledí, ve kterých bylo jejich zastoupení PECs nalezeno největší. Kapitola výsledky a diskuze je zaměřena na souhrn a zhodnocení získaných poznatků.This bachelor thesis is focused on the isolation and the determination of phytoecdysteroids (PECs) in plant tissue. The aim of this study was to screen the presence and the content of selected PECs in some plant species. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted mainly to ecdysteroids, ECs, their physico-chemical properties, isolation and determination. The experimental part is focused to the comparison of separation methods for PECs determination and description of plants and families, in which the highest levels of PECs were found. The chapters Results and Discussion are focused on the summary and description of the findings obtained.
