Předložená diplomová práce studuje vlivy lesního managementu na společenstva motýlů, jakožto modelové skupiny bezobratlých. Výzkum probíhal na vzorku 5 lesních celků v ČR (Chejlava, Žofín, Salajka, Svatojiřský les, Černý orel). Každý z nich zahrnoval pralesní části, les s extentivním a intenzivním hospodařením, paseky a mozaiku biotopů. V letech 2009 a 2010 zde bylo pomocí světelných lapačů zjištěno 420 druhů 11 čeledí v celkovém počtu 48 515 jedinců nočních motýlů. Zároveň byly měřeny environmentální parametry prostředí jako LAI index, druhové zastoupení dřevin, věk porostu apod. Pomocí parciální analýzy CCA byl prokázán vliv lesního hospodaření na strukturu společenstev nočních motýlů. Druhové složení se prokazatelně mění zejména v závislosti na gradientu světla a intenzitě hospodaření, dále pak na stáří porostu (0,3%), zapojenosti prostředí (0,6%) a podílu listnatých (0,6%) a jehličnatých dřevin (0,5%). Pralesy a lesy s extenzivním hospodařením generují druhově i strukturně heterogenní porosty listnatých dřevin, vyhledávané především monofágními, eurosibiřskými druhy s vazbou na pestrou mozaiku mikrostanovišť. Jako vhodné opatření, podporující heterogenitu hospodářských lesů a tedy i druhovou diverzitu nejen motýlů, ale i dalších bezobratlých, se tak jeví podpora přirozené dřevinné skladby, ponechávání výstavků či výběrová prořezávka stromů.This master thesis study the effects of forest management on a moth community. The research was realized on the sample of five forest areas in the Czech Republic (Chejlava, Žofín, Salajka, Svatojiřský les, Černý orel). Each the area included primary forest, extensive forest, forest with intensive management, clearings and mosaic of forest habitats. Using light portable traps, there was sampled 48 515 individuals, within 420 species and 11 families during the years 2009 and 2010. There was measured environment parameters of forest, i.e. LAI index, trees composition, and the age of forest cover etc. (see text). Using the partial analysis CCA, type of forest managemet has significant effect on the community structure of moths. However, the species composition is changing mainly with the light gradient and intensification of forestry management practices. Another important factors affecting the community structure of moths are forest cover (0,3%), lightness of cover (0,6%) and proportion of broadleaved trees (0,6%) and conifers (0,5%). Primary forests and forests with extensive forest management form heterogeneous environment with dominance of broad-leaved trees. In larger quantities these forests are occupied by monofagous eurosiberian species, which need mosaic of microhabitats. To support forest habitat heterogenity it is necessary select suitable management. Moth biodiversity and biodiversity of other invertebrates can be conserved by selective trees pruning, conservation of individual old trees in cover and supporting native tree species in a forests.
