Bakalářská práce definuje pojem autorita a dále rozbírá jednotlivé aspekty autority. Uvědoměním si, na čem je autorita založena, pomůže edukátorům autoritativně vystupovat v edukačním procesu, a tím pádem efektivněji vést edukaci. Vhodné nastavení mantinelů bude přinášet výsledky pro obě strany, jak pro edukanty (vytvoření vhodného klima a atmosféry), tak pro edukátory ve školní praxi nebo volném čase. Na základě analýzy a syntézy poznatků jsou určeny aspekty autority, které se liší z pohledu učitele tělesné výchovy a z pohledu edukátora pohybové rekreace.My bachelor thesis defines meaning of autority and discusses the various aspects of autority. Understanding of what authority is based can help to educators apply it in the education process. This allows much better education. Appropriate definition of barriers will produce results for both sides, both of educator (creation of a suitable climate and atmosphere) and educators in school practices or leisure. Based on the analysis and synthesis of knowledge they are determined aspects of authority, which differ in terms of physical education teachers from the perspective of an educator physical recreation.
