Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivem dvorské zábavy ve dvou dílech francouzské autorky Madame de La Fayette - La Princesse de Cleves a La Princesse de Montpensier. Teoretická část práce je věnována představení autorky, jejímu dílu a nastínění historického a literárního kontextu 17. století. Opomenuto není ani přiblížení jednotlivých typů dvorské zábavy. Druhá část práce má pak za cíl zachytit motiv dvorské zábavy a analyzovat jeho funkci ve vybraných dílech autorky.The bachelor's thesis deals with a motive of court entertainment in two works written by the French author Madame La Fayettee - La Princesse de Cleves and La Princesse de Montpensier. The first part of the thesis introduces the author, her life's work and outlines historical and literary background of the 17th century. A review of individual types of court entertainment is also included. The second part of the thesis aims at captivating the motif of court entertainment and analyses its function in selected works of the author.
