Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o facebookové stránce nazvané "I fucking love science" (IFLScience). Jedná se o internetovou stránku, která na sociální síti Facebook podává novinky a informace ze světa vědy, které doplňuje humornými obrázky či jinak zajímavými informacemi. Tato stránka patří k největším popularizačně vědním médiím na internetu, s čtenářskou základnou necelých 20 milionů uživatelů Facebooku. V teoretické části práce pojednává o přidružených pojmech, jako jsou sociální sítě obecně, internetové memy či charakteristika stránek na serveru Facebook. V praktické části jsou pak zaznamenány výsledky kvantitativní obsahové analýzy třech měsíců z let 2012, 2013 a 2014. Tato analýza se zaměřila jak na data poskytovaná samotnou stránkou (počty označení "to se mi líbí", sdílení, komentáře), tak na podrobnější charakteristiky, jako jsou typy příspěvků, vědní obory a aktuálnost, se kterými stránka pracuje.This Bachelor's thesis is about Facebook Page called "I fucking love science" (IFLScience). It is web page registered on the Facebook domain, that contains news and informations from the world of science, as well as funny pictures or any other interesting informations. This page belongs to the biggest popular science websites on the internet, with a reader base of almost 20 million Facebook users. In the theoretical part of this thesis are explained related issues, such as social networking sites in general, internet memes or characteristics of the Facebook Pages. Practical part contains quantitative content analysis of the page itself, based on three chosen months in years 2012, 2013 and 2014. This analysis is focused on data contained in the page user interface, such as numbers of "likes", shares and comments, as well as more detailed characteristics, such as types of posts, science disciplines and actuality, that is used in said posts.
