Diplomová práce se věnuje humanitární intervenci v Libyi v roce 2011, přičemž tato je zkoumána skrze teorii spravedlivé války. Kromě klasických komponentů této teorie je důraz kladen na kategorii tzv. jus post bellum, která reflektuje postkonfliktní rekonstrukci.This thesis deals with the humanitarian intervention in Libya in 2011 as seen by the just war theory. Apart from classic components of the theory jus ad bellum and jus in bello, it focuses on the postwar justice category - jus post bellum.
