Konkrétně se jedná o článek Lyla Jenkinse The Three Design Factors in Evolution and Variation publikovaného v The Biolinguistic Enterprise: New Perspectives on the Evolution and Nature of the Human Language Faculty Překlad je opatřen komentářem, který vysvětluje jednotlivé termíny a český překlad cizojazyčných příkladů. Práce obsahuje také kapitolu věnující se teorii překladu a kapitolu přibližující nejnovější biolingvistický výzkum.The aim of the thesis is translation of the English-written text "The Three Design Factors in Evolution and Variation" from Lyle Jenkins, which was published in The Biolinguistic Enterprise: New Perspectives on the Evolution and Nature of the Human Language Faculty into Czech. The translation is provided with commentary, which explains the individual phenomena and provides Czech translation of the foreign language examples. The introductory chapter focuses on the modern biolinguistic research program. It also includes a chapter wchich deals with the translation theory and characteristics aspect of scientific texts.
