Předmětem diplomové práce je regionálně geografická studie města Šternberk v hranicích jejího katastrálního území v rámci základních analýz a regionalizací fyzicko-geografických, sociálních a ekonomických poměrů. Pozornost bude věnována rizikovým zónám v území, současnému i historickému využití ploch a vybavenosti města (maloobchod a služby). Součástí práce je také pasportizace maloobchodních jednotek lokalizovaných v zájmovém územíThe subject of the submitted thesis is a regional geographical study of the town Šternberk within the borders of its cadastral town. The research is conducted using the fundamental analysis as well as the regionalization of the physic geographical, social and economic status. Our attention will be paid to the risk-based zones in the area of present and historical usage of the places and town´s facilities (retail and services). As a part of the work, there is a passpotisation of retail business units located in the area of interest.
