Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá užitím speciálních oblečků v rámci dětské rehabilitace, především v léčbě dětské mozkové obrny. Tyto oblečky nastavují tělo pacienta co nejblíže fyziologickému postavení a tím by pak, na základě především propriocepce a externí opory, měly působit na centrální nervový systém a napomoci zafixování nových motorických stereotypů. Tato práce shrnuje dosud známé poznatky ohledně těchto metod, zabývá se obecnými informacemi, principem použití a zkráceně i jejich historií. V diskuzi jsou shrnuty studie zabývající se výzkumem oblečkových metod.This bachelor thesis deals with the use of special suits in pediatric rehabilitation, especially within treatment of cerebral palsy. These suits set the patient's body as near to physiological position as possible and (based mainly on proprioception and external support) that is how they act on the central nervous system and help to fix new motor stereotypes. This work summarizes the knowledge about these methods, dealing with general information, the principle of their usage and briefly about their history. The discussion summarizes studies which deal with research of suit therapy.
