Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětské mozkové obrny, konkrétně pak vlivu genetického faktoru na vznik DMO. Obecná část obsahuje definici DMO, klinický obraz, patofyziologii, rizikové faktory nemoci, souhrn metod diagnostiky a dostupné léčby. Speciální část pak zahrnuje jednotlivé studie, zkoumající potencionální vliv určité formy genetického polymorfismu na vznik DMO a možné dědičnosti choroby mezi členy rodiny.This thesis deals with cerebral palsy, in particular the influence of the genetic factor, concerning causes CP. The general part of this thesis contains the definition of CP, clinical features, patophysiology, risk factors, summary of diagnostics and available treatements. The special part then contains particular studies which investigate the potentional influence of a specific type of genetic polymorfism on creation CP and possible inheritance of this disease between members of the family.
