Bakalářská práce "Parlamentní kontrola činnosti vlády" se věnuje charakteristice parlamentní formě vlády a vymezuje její postavení v institucionálním systému státu. Práce hodnotí využívání kontrolních mechanismů Parlamentem České republiky a popisuje jednotlivé nástroje kontroly a způsob jejich použití. Analyzuje současné kontrolní funkce obou komor Parlamentu České republiky.The Thesis "Parliamentary Control over the Government Operations" describes the characteristics of a parliamentary form of government and defines its position in the institutional system of the state. The work evaluates the use of control mechanisms by the Parliament of the Czech Republic and describes the various control tools and how to use them. It analyzes the control functions of both chambers of the Czech Parliament.
