Prehľadová bakalárska práca sa zameriava na Streptokoky skupiny B a ich vplyv na tehotenstvo a pôrod. Práca sa zaoberá históriou GBS a screeningového vyšetrenia, odberom kultivácie počas tehotenstva a liečbou. Poukazuje na rizikové faktory vplývajúce na ženy počas tehotenstva a pôrodu a na novorodencov. Taktiež sa zaoberá výskytom GBS pozitívnych žien v populácii a vznikom novorodeneckej sepsy. Predstavuje rôzne možnosti liečby počas tehotenstva, pôrodu a v postnatálnom období. Ďalším cieľom práce je zhrnúť najnovšie doporučené postupy vydané Českou gynekologicko-pôrodníckou spoločnosťou. Nakoniec sa zaoberá starostlivosťou pôrodnej asistentky o GBS pozitívnu ženu počas tehotenstva a pôrodu.The Bachelor thesis is dealing with Group B streptococcal infection and its influence on pregnancy and birth. The thesis is taking a closer look at the history of GBS and screening examination, cultivation sampling during the pregnancy and treatment. It is pointing to risk factor that is influencing the women during their pregnancy and birth as well as their new-born child. Besides, the thesis is targeting the appearance of women whose GBS test is positive and the formation of neonatal sepsis. This thesis is introducing different ways of treatment during the pregnancy, birth and post-natal period. The another purpose of this thesis is to summarize the newest recommended procedure issued by Czech Gynecological and Obstetrical Society. Lastly, it is dealing with the midwife care of GBS positive mother during her pregnancy and delivery.
