Tématem diplomové práce je porovnání předpisů týkajících se především spotřebních daní a etiketování alkoholických produktů, v tomto případě piva, vína a destilátů, a to v České republice a Nizozemském království. V první části práce se zabývám především teorií, kterou jsem považoval za nutnou pro dobrou orientaci v následující praktické části. Tato teoretická kapitola se skládá ze dvou hlavních tematických okruhů. Začínám zde totiž historií piva, vína a destilátů mimo jiné zaměřenou na prvotní normativy a také na etymologii. Na tuto dějinopisnou část navazuji popisem pojmů vztahujících se převážně k výrobě těchto tří kategorií nápojů. V následující, praktické polovině práce se věnuji vlastnímu srovnání stávajících normativů v obou zemích. Prvně popisuji výši, strukturu a výnos spotřebních daní, jakož i jejich změnu za poslední dvě dekády. Pro účely porovnání vztahuji tyto údaje například k mediánu platu, hrubému domácímu produktu a počtu obyvatel. V další kapitole se věnuji především pojmům používaných pro označování alkoholických nápojů a jejich srovnání s výrobní praxí. Práce je završená krátkým pojednáním rozsahu působnosti svazů výrobců a konečným závěrem.The theme of this thesis is to compare the legislation mainly holding for excise duties and labeling of alcoholic products, in this case of beer, wine and spirits, in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. The first part deals in the particular with the theory, which I considered necessary for a good orientation in the following practical part. This theoretical chapter consists of two main themes. Here I start with the history of beer, wine and spirits, which is among other things focused on the primary norms and also on the etymology. This historiographical part is followed by a description of the terms relating mainly to production of these three categories of beverages. The following practical part of the thesis is devoted to the comparison of the existing norms in both countries. The first one describes the amount, structure and yield of the excise duties, as well as the changes in the last two decades. For the purposes of the comparison are the data applied, for example, on the median salary, gross domestic product and the total population. The following chapter deals primarily with the terms used for the labeling of alcoholic beverages and their comparison with the manufacturing practice. The thesis is topped by a short scope to the Association of Manufacturers and by the final conclusion.
