Bakalářská práce podává ucelený pohled na dnešní problematiku obrny lícního nervu a shrnuje aktuální možnosti léčby tohoto postižení. Obecná část práce se zabývá anatomií a funkcí lícního nervu, popisuje patogenezi postižení s typickým klinickým obrazem a udává hlavní příčiny obrny. Speciální část se věnuje diagnostice a léčbě obrny nervus facialis. Léčebné postupy jsou doplněny českými i zahraničními studiemi, potvrzujícími či vyvracejícími daný typ terapie.This bachelor's thesis gives a coherent view of contemporary problems connected with facial palsy and summarizes current possibililities of treatment. The general section deals with anatomy and function of the facial nerve, describes the pathogenesis of this impairment with typical clinical findings and lists the main reasons of the impairment. The special section provides informations about the diagnosis and treatment. The treatment methods are complemented with both Czech and foreign studies either supporting or contradicting each method.
