Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí nejnovějších poznatků o léčbě nádorů hlavy a krku s použitím radioterapie a kombinací metod. Pro potřeby práce byly vybrány publikované příspěvky zabývající se popisem nejnovějších radioterapeutických postupů, jako jsou konformní radioterapie, IMRT, IGRT, akcelerace, hyperfrakcionace, brachyterapie a chemoradioterapie. Současně s těmito metodami jsou předloženy i informace o jejich nežádoucích účincích. Získaný souhrn poznatků má přehledným způsobem předložit informace o současných možnostech léčby nádorů hlavy a krku.The aim on this bachelor thesis is the summary of newest findings on the field of treatment of head and neck cancer with the application of radiotherapy and combination of methods. For the needs of the thesis were chosen articled concoming the description of the latest radiotherapeutic procedures incuding conform radiotherapy, IMRT, IGRT, acceleration, hyperfraction, brachytherapy and radiochemotherapy. Information concerning side effect of the procedures mentioned above is also presented. Acquired summary of findings is supposed to provide information about actual possibilities of head and neck cancer therapy.
