Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj radioterapie nádorů hlavy a krku, cílem bylo na základě dohledaných poznatků nalezených rešeršní činností srovnat radioterapeutické techniky užívané v minulosti a využívané nyní při ozařování nádorů v oblasti hlavy a krku. Aby byly informace celistvé, je první kapitola věnovaná samotnému výskytu, příčinám a projevům nádorů. Druhá kapitola obsahuje poznatky o odlišnostech v plánování radioterapie, třetí kapitola je zaměřena na ozařovací techniky a jejich vývoj od historie po současnost, poslední kapitola je cílena na popis nežádoucích účinků radioterapie.Bachelor thesis is focused on the development of radiotherapy of head and neck cancer. With the help of technical journals and publications found in the search, the goal is to compare radiotherapy techniques used in the past and those used now in irradiating head and neck tumors. In order to provide solid information, the first chapter is devoted to the incidence, causes and manifestations of tumors. The second chapter contains information about differences in radiotherapy planning. The third chapter is focused on irradiation techniques and their development from the past to the present and the last chapter is focused on adverse effects of radiotherapy.
