Diplomová práca je zameraná na tému integráciu imigrantov do spoločnosti. Práca poukazuje na poznatky o integračnom procese v Nórsku a sústreďuje sa na outdoorové aktivity ako jednu zo zložiek integračného programu. K zberu dát boli využité metódy: pološtrukturovaný rozhovor, metóda "čiara života", zúčastnené pozorovanie a autoetnografia. Výskumnú vzorku tvorili učitelia, imigranti a utečenci vo veku od 20-40 rokov, zaradení do dvojročného integračného programu Voksenoppl?ring v Osle. Dáta boli spracované a analyzované v programe Atlas.ti 6 prostredníctvom metódy zakotvenej teórie. Výsledky poukazujú na významnú rolu outdoorových aktivít v integrácii imigrantov do spoločnosti v zmysle naznačenia životného štýlu Nórov, oboznámenie ich o nových miestach na rekreáciu, výborné prostredie na socializáciu, priestor budovania vzájomného rešpektu k ostatným odlišným kultúram a vhodné podmienky na zdokonaľovanie nórskeho jazyka.The thesis is focused on the theme of integrating immigrants into the society. The thesis points out the knowledge of integration in Norway and it focused on outdoor activities as a part of integration programme. A method of semi-structured online interview, a method of "line of life", a method of participant observation and an autoethnography were used for the data collection. The research sample was consisted of teacher, immigrants and refugees in the age of 20-40 years old. They were integrated into the integration programme for two years in the organisation Voksenopplaering in Oslo. The data were processed and analyzed by the Atlas.ti 6 program using a grounded theory method. The results of thesis point out a significant role of outdoors activities in the integration of immigrants into the society as the outline of Norwegian lifestyle show them new places for recreation, a great environment for socialization, and creation of respect to other different cultures. And the last one as the perfect conditions for learning Norwegian language.
