Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o možných způsobech vyšetření barevného vidění. Pro uvedení do problematiky je vysvětleno míchání barev a popsány základní systémy barev. Následuje fyziologie barevného vidění a teorie, které vysvětlují barevný vjem. Dále je uveden přehled a klasifikace poruch barvocitu. Stěžejní část práce přináší přehled testů, které jsou nebo byly v používání. V závěrečné části jsou shrnuty požadavky na barvocit, zvláště ty, které musí splňovat zaměstnanci v dopravním odvětví.This bachelor thesis focuses on the various means of colour vision testing. The introductory part presents the colour system and the process of color mixing. The following part presents the physiology of colour vision and theories of colour perception, followed by the classification and overview of colour vision deficiencies. The mainstay of the thesis constitutes an overview of colour vision tests that were or are currently in use. In the final part of the thesis, colour vision demands for various occupations are summed up, with special emphasis placed on safety in transportation.
