Hlavním záměrem diplomové práce je zhodnotit spokojenost obyvatel Olomouce s poskytováním sociální péče. Práce se nejprve věnuje teorii kvality života a vývoji sociálních služeb v České republice po roce 1989. V práci jsou dále popsaná současná zařízení sociálních služeb v Olomouci a Charita Olomouc. Práce dále popisuje komunitní plánování sociálních služeb v Olomouci, celkově tři komunitní plány, které byly do roku 2015 vydány. Hlavní část výzkumu se opírá o dotazníkové šetření, které hodnotí kvalitu života z aspektu sociální péče. V závěru práce je provedeno shrnutí hlavních a stěžejních poznatků vyplývajících z tohoto šetření.The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the satisfaction of the inhabitants of Olomouc with the social care. First, the thesis deals with the theory of quality of life and the development of social services in the Czech Republic after 1989. The Thesis also describes current social service facilities in Olomouc and Caritas Olomouc . The thesis describes community planning in Olomouc a total of three community plans that were issued until 2015 . The main part of the research is based on a questionnaire survey, which evaluates the quality of life of the welfare aspect . The conclusion sums up the main and key findings stemming from this investigation.
