Práce je zaměřena na pracovní spokojenost a motivaci zdravotnických pracovníků, zejména zdravotních sester při péči o geriatrické pacienty. V teoretické rovině poukazuje na charakteristiku pracovní spokojenosti, motivace, náplň práce zdravotních sester na geriatrickém oddělení, geriatrickými syndromy a demografii z pohledu geriatrických pacientů. V empirické rovině propojuje teoretické poznatky s průzkumným šetřením. Práce pomocí dotazníku zjišťuje pracovní spokojenost a motivaci a pomocí sémantického diferenciálu zjišťuje postoje těchto pracovníků ke geriatrickým pacientům v konkrétním odborném léčebném ústavu.The diploma thesis is focused on job satisfaction and motivation of healthcare workers, especially nurses in the care of geriatric patients. The theory provides characteristics of job satisfaction, motivation and quality of work of nurses in a geriatric department, it also deals with geriatric syndromes and demographics in terms of geriatric patients. At the empirical level the thesis interconnects theory reconnaissance with survey.
