Tato práce se zabývá problematikou motivace mladých lidí v České republice ke konverzi k novopohanským náboženstvím, konkrétně neodruidismu (novokeltismu). Zaměřuje se nejen na motivaci, ale také na cesty, jimiž se novokeltismus šíří, a na zdroje, z nichž neodruidisté čerpají. Pro výzkum, který je součástí této práce, byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum ve formě zakotvené teorie, přičemž byla pro sběr dat zvolena metoda hloubkového interview a zúčastněného pozorování. Hlavním přínosem této práce je popis normativní stránky neodruidismu a její porovnání s praktickými aspekty tohoto náboženství. Tato práce také připravila dalším výzkumníkům podklady pro rozpracování témat jakými je například důvod nenaplnění předpovídané sekularizace či rekonstrukce keltského pohanství.This work deals with the issue of motivation of young people in the Czech Republic for the conversion to neopagan religions, especially to neodruidism (neoceltism). It focuses not only on the motivation, but also on the ways, which the neoceltism disseminates by, and on sources, which neodruids draw from. For the research, which is a part of this work, qualitative research in the form of the grounded theory was chosen, while for the data collection a method of the depth interview and participant observation was chosen. The main benefit of this work is the description of the normative facet of neodruidism and its comparison with practical aspects of this religion. This work also prepared background for other researchers to elaborate on topics such as the reason for non-fulfillment of the predicted secularization or the reconstruction of the celtic paganism.
