Bakalářská práce Motivy studentů pro studium oborů na Katedře sociologie, andragogiky a kulturní antropologie zkoumá vliv motivů na výběr oboru studia. Zkoumá také rozdíly motivů mezi pohlavím, ročníky a obory studentů. Práce obsahuje teoretická východiska k danému tématu. Jsou zde uvedeny různé druhy teorií motivace a jejich definice. Nalezneme zde také empirickou část, kde se nachází potřebná metodologie a kvantitativní výzkum. Jsou zde zpracována data z výzkumu. Práce také obsahuje výpočty k ověření hypotéz. Na konci práce jsou uvedeny výsledky a závěry práce.The topic of this bachelor thesis is the "Students' motives studying at the department of sociology, antropology and cultural anthropology". The thesis is focused on research related to the influence of motives of the students on the choices of the study field as well as to differences in motives among sex, classes and fields of their study. This thesis consists of both theoretical resources and various (types of) theories and definitions of motivation. In the empirical part of the thesis, the methodology and quantitative research is presented. Findings are also included. Required calculations are also attached in order to prove hypothesis. At the end, the results and conslucions are presented.
