Bakalářská práce se zabývá plánovanou přeložkou silnice I/44 v úseku Mohelnice - Kouty nad Desnou. Součástí práce je analýza odporových faktorů, které mají vliv na výstavbu přeložky silnice. Podkladem pro hodnocení odporových faktorů je terénní šetření, posudek vlivů na životní prostředí (EIA) a studium map zkoumaného území. Nedílnou součástí je studium přínosů a rizik pro zkoumané území. Nástrojem pro vyhodnocení přínosů a rizik je řízený rozhovor se zastupiteli obcí.The bachelor thesis deals with the planned relocation of road I/44 in the segment Mohelnice - Kouty nad Desnou. It includes an analysis of resistance factors that affect the rerouting of the road. The basis for the assessment of resistance factors is a field research report of enviromental impacts (EIA) and studies of maps for the explored area. An integral part is a study of the benefits and risks of the investigated area. The tool for evaluating the benefits and risks is controlled interview with representatives of municipalities.
