Práce se zabývá strategickým managementem optikou andragogiky. Práce je zpracována ve stylu přehledové studie, jejímž hlavním cílem je systematizovat a následně integrovat poznatky týkající se problematiky strategického myšlení, strategického managementu a zejména vzdělávání pro strategický management a strategické myšlení. Text postupuje od interpretace strategického managementu, přes analytickou interpretaci strategického myšlení, až po soubor optimálních vzdělávacích metod. Vyústěním práce je argumentované doporučení vhodných vzdělávacích metod pro rozvoj kompetencí nezbytných k úspěšné realizaci jednotlivých fází procesu strategického managementu.This work deals with a strategic management from the viewpoint of andragogy. It is conceived in the style of an overview study, the main focus of which is the systemization and subsequent integration of the findings from the areas of strategic thinking, strategic management and especially the education for strategic management and strategic thinking. The text proceeds from the interpretation of strategic management via analytical interpretation of strategic thinking to the set of optimal educational methods. The outcome of the paper is an argument-based recommendation of suitable educational methods for the development of competences vital for a successful realization of the specific phases of the process of strategic management.
