Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl získat subjektivní výpovědi pacientek týkající se jejich zkušenosti s hematoonkologickým onemocněním. V teoretické části je vymezeno téma onkologického onemocnění, jeho základní charakteristika, diagnostika a způsoby léčby. Blíže se věnuje lymfomům a konkrétním diagnózám Hodgkinova nemoc a nehodgkinským lymfomům. Dále popisuje oblasti psychoonkologie, charakteristiku nemoci, jejího prožívání a psychické dopady, které může zkušenost s onemocněním přinášet. Teoretickou část práce uzavírá charakteristika období mezi 20. a 30. rokem života. Dané věkové rozmezí je zahrnuto, neboť odpovídá věku oslovených respondentů Výzkum má kvalitativní charakter a je založen na anamnézách a interview pěti respondentek ve věku mezi 20. a 30. lety. Ty byly vybrány metodou samovýběru. Výzkumné otázky se týkají podoby života před onemocněním, projevů onemocnění, diagnózy, prožívání léčby a celkové zkušenosti s onemocněním. Před samotným onemocněním žily všechny respondentky ve stresu. Období nemoci vnímaly jako psychicky i fyzicky náročné. Musely čelit řadě nežádoucích účinků léčby a obavám ze zvládnutí nemoci. Některé z respondentek dodnes trpí pozdními nežádoucími účinky léčby. Na zkušenosti s onemocněním vidí dnes negativa i pozitiva.The target of this bachelor thesis is to take testimonies of patients with hemato-oncological disease and to report on their individual subjective experiences with these diseases. The theoretical section of the thesis focuses on oncological diseases, and defines the characteristics, diagnostics and methods of treatment. Specifically it describes lymphomas and in particular Hodgkin´s disease and non-Hodgkin´s lymphomas. Also covered are the fields of psychooncology, the characteristics of the illnesses and the psychological impacts of illness. The theoretical part of the thesis closes with the description of patients, who are all between the ages of 20 and 30. The qualitative approach was used in the research section, it is based on anamnesis and interviews of five respondents between the ages of 20 and 30. Respondents were selected by method of self-selection. Research questions focused on the lifestyle before the illness, the symptoms of the illness, the diagnosis, the experience of treatment and the general experience of having the illness. Even before they fell ill, the respondents had felt under pressure. During their illness the experience was psychologically and physically demanding. They had to face the side effects of treatment and fear of not they being able to get over the illness. Some of the respondents still suffer, because of the long term side effects of treatment. But in the end they are able to see positive and also negative aspects of their experience.
