Diplomová práce porovnává především dva etické a kontroverzní problémy interrupce a eutanázie v Nizozemsku a České republice. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole popisuji hlavní rysy a rozdíly ve zdravotnických systémech v obou státech. Druhá kapitola se věnuje více teorii lékařské etiky. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola se už přímo zabývá etickými otázkami interrupce a eutanázie. Popisuje nejen historii legalizace zákonů, ale i kontroverzní případy. V závěru celou práci shrnuji a porovnávám postoje a historii obou zemí z hlediska kontroverzních etických otázek.The aim of my thesis is to compare the two ethical issues in health care systems abortion and euthanasia in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. I have found similarities but also differences between the two countries - cultures. In the first chapter I describe the health care systems in general. The second chapter is about medical ethic in general. In the third and fourth chapter I write about abortion and euthanasia, and I compare these two countries. In the last chapter I summarize my findings.
