Práce se zabývá respiračním handlingem jako novou součástí respirační fyzioterapie dětí. Objasňuje okolnosti a důvody vzniku metody. Cílem je shrnout a předložit dosavadní poznatky o této metodě, objasnit její principy a nabídnout možnosti využití v praxi. V práci jsou dále srovnávány studie týkající se využití jiných metod respirační fyzioterapie u malých dětí.The thesis deals with respiratory handling as a new part of children's respiratory physiotherapy. It clarifies the circumstances and reasons of developement of the method. The aim of the thesis is to summarize and present current findings of the method, to explain its principles and to provide the possibilities of its application in practice. The thesis also compares studies which are in relation to the usage of other methods of respiratory physiotherapy in infants.
