Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na syndrom vyhoření u lékařů v závislosti na délce praxe. V teoretické části jsou popisovány základní poznatky o syndromu vyhoření, zabýváme se jak historií tak také současnými studiemi. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány symptomům, fázím a také rizikovým a protektivním faktorům syndromu vyhoření. V kapitole o ohrožených jedincích se zabýváme samotnou skupinou lékařů. Empirická část se člení na kvantitativní a kvalitativní. V kvantitativní části bylo cílem zmapovat aktuální úroveň vyhoření lékařů s různou délkou praxe a zjistit rozdíly mezi skupinou profesně mladších a profesně starších lékařů. Výzkumný soubor této části činil 40 respondentů. V Kvalitativní části bylo cílem, na základě interview s osmi lékaři, zjistit subjektivní vnímání příčin, projevů a protektivních faktorů u syndromu vyhoření a také posouzení samotnými lékaři jaký vliv má délka praxe na výskyt tohoto fenoménu.This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of connection between medicine doctors' burnout syndrome and the length of their working experience. In the theoretical part, there are described elementary findings concerning the burnout syndrome, both the historical and the current studies. In the next chapters, there are described symptoms, phases as well as risk and protective factors of burnout syndrome. In the chapter, which is concerning with the endangered individuals, the main focus is on a group of medical doctors. Empirical part of this thesis is divided into quantitative and qualitative. In the quantitative part, the main aim was to map the current level of burnout syndrome by groups with different length of working experience and to find out the differences between groups with shorter and longer working period. Research group comprised of 40 respondents. In the qualitative part, the main aim was to find out the subjective opinions about the causes, signs and protective factors of burnout syndrome. This part is based on interviews, which were carried out with 8 medical doctors. In this part, doctors also introduced their own opinion about the connection between burnout syndrome and the length of working experience.
