Diplomová práce pojednává o Romech pracujících ve službách sociální prevence. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jakou mají Romové motivaci k tomu, aby pracovali ve službách sociální prevence, jak vnímají práci Roma s Romem a jak tuto práci hodnotí. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je teoretická a je zde popsána nezbytná teorie o Romech. Kdo to je, odkud přišli, jaké jsou jejich hodnoty a kultura. Dále navazuje kapitola o sociálním vyloučení, se kterým se Romové potýkají, a následuje kapitola o sociální práci s Romy. Druhá část je metodologická. Vzhledem k povaze tématu byla zvolena kvalitativní analýza. Sběr dat proběhl formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a respondenty byli Romové pracující ve službách sociální prevence. Poslední část je analytická. Zde jsou popsány výsledky výzkumu.This thesis deals about Roma people who work in services of social prevention. The goal of this thesis is to find out, what is their motivation to do this kind of work, how do they perceive the work of Roma person with Roma person and how do they rate their work. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first is theoretical and there is the theory about Roma people who they are, where do they come from, about their culture and values. Then there is a chapter about social exclusion which Roma people experience. The last chapter is about social work with Roma people. The second part of the thesis is the methodology. The type of research is qualitative analysis. Data collection was done by semi structured interview and the interviewees were the Roma people who work in services of social prevention. The last part of the thesis is the analysis. There are the results of the research.
