Diplomová práce "Právo na informace se zaměřením na oblast zdravotnictví" je věnována problematice poskytování informací o zdravotním stavu pacientů, nakládání s nimi a jejich ochraně. Práce se dále zaměřuje na povinnosti poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb při poskytování informací o zdravotním stavu. V první kapitole je vymezena právní úprava vztahující se k právu na informace v oblasti zdravotnictví. Dále pak zejména v kapitole čtvrté až osmé je věnována pozornost jednotlivým právům a povinnostem vztahujícím se k informacím o zdravotním stavu, jak z pozice pacienta, tak z pozice poskytovatele zdravotních služeb. Cílem práce je rozbor vybraných témat práva na informace v oblasti zdravotnictví z pohledu pacienta i z pohledu povinností poskytovatele zdravotních služeb při poskytování informací o zdravotním stavu pacientovi nebo třetím osobám. Autorka si rovněž klade za cíl navrhnout možnosti řešení problémů, vyskytujících se při poskytování zdravotní péče v souvislosti s právem na informace o zdravotním stavu a jeho ochraně. Práce je vypracována zejména na analýzy jednotlivých ustanovení právní úpravy vztahující se k informačním právům pacienta a povinnostem poskytovatele zdravotních služeb. V závěru pak autorka vymezuje problematické body právní úpravy a navrhuje jejich možná řešení současně se změnou právní úpravy.The Thesis "The Right for Information focused on Healthcare" is dedicated to an issue of providing information about patients' health, handling of such information and their protection. This work is also focused on the responsibilities of healthcare providers within the provision of information concerning health. The first chapter contains a definition of legislation related to the right for information in the medical field. Furthermore, especially the part from fourth to the eighth chapter is devoted to individual rights and obligations relating to information about health condition from the position of patient as well as the position of healthcare provider. The objective of this thesis is an analysis of selected topics regarding the right for information in the field of healthcare from the perspective of patient's rights and also from the perspective of healthcare providers' obligations, with relation to provision of information about health condition to a patient or to third parties. The author also sets an objective to propose possible solutions of problems which encounter within the providing of the health care in context with the right for information about the health condition and its protection. This thesis is mainly based on the analysis of individual provisions of the legislation which are related to the patients' rights for information and to the obligations of healthcare providers.
