Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení vlivu věku na posturální funkce pomocí počítačové posturografie. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecné znalosti o postuře, posturálních funkcích a vlivu stárnutí na jednotlivé systémy posturální kontroly. Do experimentu bylo zařazeno celkem 34 zdravých jedinců, kteří byli rozděleni do tří věkových kategorií. Pro testování posturální stability a reaktibility byly využity testy Sensory Organization Test, Motor Control Test, Limits of Stability, Unilateral Stance a Tandem Walk. Výsledky na hladině signifikance p < 0,05 ukazují, že při ztížených podmínkách má stárnutí vliv na některé parametry posturální stability.The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effect of age on postural functions using the computer posturography. The theoretical part is focused on general knowledge about posture, postural functions and the influence of age on individual systems of postural control is described. 34 healthy adults, which were divided into three age groups, participated in the experiment of this thesis. For testing postural stability and reactibility were used following tests: Sensory Organization test, Motor Control Test, Limits of Stability, Unilateral Stance and Tandem Walk. The results at the significance level (p < 0,05) show that under difficult conditions the age influences some parameters of postural stability.
