Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení vlivu obezity na posturální reaktibilitu u žen středního věku pomocí počítačové posturografie. V teoretické části je popsána problematika obezity a její vliv na pohybový systém člověka. Dále je zde uvedeno hodnocení tělesné konstituce a principy posturografického vyšetření. V experimentální části práce bylo měřeno sedm žen s obezitou prvního stupně, sedm s obezitou druhého stupně a kontrolní skupina sedmi žen s normální tělesnou hmotností. Pro testování posturální reaktibility byly vybrány testy Motor Control Test a Limits of Stability modulu Smart Equitest System posturografu firmy NeuroCom. Výsledky z tohoto měření byly statisticky vyhodnoceny na hladině signifikance 0,05. Při porovnání všech tří skupin byl zjištěn vliv různých stupňů obezity na posturální reaktibilitu žen středního věku.The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the influence of obesity on postural reactibility middle-aged women using computer posturography. The teoretical part describes the problems of obesity and its influence on the musculoskeletal system of man. Another part of the teory deals about the evaluation of physical constitution and the principles of posturographic evaluation. In the experiment was measured seven women with obesity first degree, seven obese second degree and seven with normal body weight as the control group. The Motor Contol Test and Limits of Stability are the tests that were chosen for the testing of postural reactibility. These tests belong to the modul Smart Equitest System of posturograph of the Company NeuroCom. The results of this measurement were statistically evaluated at the level of significance 0,05. When comparing all free groups was observed effect of different degrees of obesity on postural reactibility on middle-aged women.
