Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nových stran. Zkoumány jsou Ano 2011 a Úsvit přímé demokracie, tedy nové strany v Poslanecké sněmovně Parlamentu České republiky po volbách v roce 2013. První, teoretická část práce, se zabývá teorií politických stran (definice politické strany, funkce politických stran, teorie vzniku stran, stranické systémy) a politickým systémem České republiky s důrazem na stranický a volební systém. Druhá, analytická část této diplomové práce, analyzuje parlamentní volby v roce 2013 a hlavně se věnuje dvěma zmíněným politickým subjektům. Zkoumány jsou okolnosti vzniku těchto stran, jejich ideologie a programová východiska, členská základna a organizační struktura, postavení předsedy strany a charakteristika jejich voličské základny. Voličská základna je charakterizována na základě dat z České volební studie 2013. Analyzován je rovněž úspěch těchto stran v dalších volbách - do Evropského parlamentu 2014, komunálních volbách 2014 a senátních volbách 2014.This thesis deals with the issue of new political parties. There are two of them profoundly examined, the ANO 2011 and Usvit Prime Demokracie; newly elected parties in the Czech Chamber of Deputies after the General Election 2013. At first, the theoretical section of the work concerns the theory of political parties, which is being represented by the definition of a political party, and the political party function, theory of parties, party systems; and indeed the political system of the Czech Republic with an emphasis on parties and the Czech electoral system. The second so called analytical part of this thesis analyzes the General Election 2013 and mainly stresses two political entities as mentioned. The thesis investigates the origin circumstances of these two parties, their ideology and basics of their electoral platform, and the membership, organizational structure, and also the position of chairman with the characteristics of their electoral base. The constituency and its data are fundamentally based on the Czech Electoral Study 2013. Furthermore, there is inquired the success of these parties in the next elections to come to the European Parliament in 2014, and in the process of the municipal and senatorial election in 2014.
