Bakalářská práce je souhrnem poznatků o problematice totální endoprotézy ramenního kloubu a následné léčebné rehabilitaci. Nejprve je uvedena anatomie a kineziologie ramenního kloubu. Další část tvoří endoprotetika, indikace a kontraindikace implantace totální endoprotézy a vyšetření. Nedílnou součástí je rehabilitační postup, který je rozdělen na předoperační a pooperační fázi. Pooperační fáze se dále dělí na časnou a pozdní. Cvičení jednotlivých fází jsou nejprve soustředěna na protahování svalů a později na jejich posilování. V závěru jsou popsány další možné kinezioterapeutické postupy. Součásti práce je kazuistika pacienta po totální endoprotéze ramenního kloubu.The bachelor thesis presents a summary of observations on the issue of total shoulder joint replacement and consequent physical therapy. At first, the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder joint is introduced. The next part deals with the prostheses, the indications and counter- indications of prosthesis implantation, and the examination. It also includes, as an inseparable part, the rehabilitation methods, divided into the pre-operative and post-operative stages, where the post-operative stage is subdivided into early and late stages. The exercises within the individual stages begin with muscle stretching, with later focus on muscle strengthening. Other kinesio-therapeutic techniques are described towards the end of the thesis. The thesis also features a case report of a patient with total shoulder joint replacement.
