Magisterská diplomová práce se zaměřuje na osobnostní charakteristiky a strategie zvládání zátěžových situací učitelů ČR. Teoretická část se věnuje osobnosti učitele, učitelské profesi, zátěžovými situacemi v této profesi a jejich zvládání. Výzkumná část mapuje osobnostní charakteristiky a copingové strategie učitelů pomocí dotazníku NEO FFI a SVF 78. Dále srovnává tyto kategorie mezi ženami učitelkami a muži učiteli a učiteli s praxí do 10 let a praxí 25 let a více. Zkoumá souvislosti mezi osobnostními dimenzemi a copingovými strategiemi.The Master´s Thesis focuses on the personality traits and the strategies of coping with stressful situations for the teachers in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part devotes to a personality of the teacher, the teaching profession, stressful situations in this profession and their managing. The research part describes the personality traits and the coping strategies of teachers by means of the questionnaire NEO FFI and SVF 78. Moreover, it compares these categories between female teachers and male teachers and teachers with experience up to 10 years and with experience of 25 years or more. It examines the relationship between personality dimensions and coping strategies.
