Bakalářská práce předkládá informace o indikacích a porovnání operačních přístupů hysterektomie. Hlavním cílem je vyhledat informace a poznatky o dané problematice, které byly publikovány v odborných periodikách. Hysterektomie je v gynekologii velmi častá operační diagnóza, a proto se mnoho operatérů snaží nalézt to nejvhodnější řešení individuálně každé ženě. Práce shrnuje poznatky odborníků nejen z České republiky,ale i ze zahraničí. Popisuje indikace, metodu totální abdominální hysterektomie a laparoskopicky asistované vaginální hysterektomie. Další oblastí práce je tyto metody porovnat z hlediska pooperačních komplikací.Bachelor thesis presents information about the indications and comparison of hysterectomy surgical approaches. The main goal is to find information and knowledge about the issues that have been published in professional journals. Hysterectomy is the most common gynecologic surgical diagnosis, and therefore many surgeons try to find the most appropriate solution for each individual woman. The paper summarizes the findings of experts from the Czech Republic but also abroad. Describes the indications, method of total abdominal hysterectomy and laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Another area of work is to compare these methods in terms of postoperative complications.
