Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou patologických psychických stavů v těhotenství, při porodu a v poporodním období. Věnuje se komplexně studii diagnostiky, příčin a dopadu psychických změn, které u žen mohou nastat během gravidity a po ní. V první části jsou prokázány poznatky o příčinách změn stavu žen psychiky a jejich vlivu na ženu v těhotenství. Dále se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na stav psychiky žen při přípravě na porod a vliv porodu na stav psychiky. V závěrečném cíli je z dostupných studií poukázáno, jak lze ovlivnit psychiku žen po porodu a její schopnost péče o rodinu a dítě.The bachelor thesis deals with negative mental conditions during the pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium. It is devoted to a comprehensive study of the diagnosis, causes and the impact of psychological changes that can appear at women during pregnancy and after. In first part there is demonstrated knowledge about the causes of changes in the psyche and their impact on a woman during pregnancy. Second part of the work is focusing on the mental condition of women in preparation for the childbirth and its effect on mental condition of women. The final goal refers how is possible affect the psyche of women after childbirth, and her ability to care for the family and the child on the basis of available studies.
